PLDT MyDSL Modem Settings
In case you accidentally pressed the reset button of your modem and incidentally it’s a zyxel prestige 600 series and you don’t know how to configure it. You called 172 which is the customer service number for PLDT MyDSL and you were told that they’ll send technicians over to your house and that you’ll never know when they’ll arrive then read on.
Follow these steps
Make sure your modem is turned on
Open Internet Explorer
Enter this URL: http://192.168.1.1
If you’re asked to enter a login and password, enter admin for username/login and 1234 for password
You’ll be taken into the zyxel modem configuration menu, choose wizard
Enter the following
Mode: routing
Encapsulation: PPPoE
Multiplex: LLC
VPI: 0
VCI: 100
